The Grammar-Translation Method is a good method only for learning English´s grammar. Although is not good to encourage the communication. A perfect method has to encourage the communication too and the best way to learn it is making errors. The really important thing is to develop communicative competence.

Both approaches can offer certain advantages but the biggest difference is the role of the teacher. Conversely, inductive method is a much more student-centred approach and makes use of a strategy known as noticing.
